Effective Date: March 2, 2026VerdictIQ provides professional digital consulting services delivered electronically.Due to the nature of digital consulting, analytical, and implementation services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.When Work Is Considered CommencedWork is considered commenced when any of the following occurs:• Required platform access (e.g., GTM, GA4, advertising platforms, or call tracking systems) has been granted
• Audit analysis has begun
• Implementation work has started
• Strategic documentation has been preparedOnce work has commenced, refunds will not be issued.Pre-Commencement Refund RequestsIf platform access has not been granted and no work has begun, refund requests may be submitted within 24 hours of payment.Approval of refund requests is at the sole discretion of VerdictIQ.Approved refunds, if any, will be returned to the original payment method.Chargebacks and Payment DisputesInitiating a chargeback or payment dispute after services have commenced may result in formal dispute response with documentation of service access, communications, and work performed.VerdictIQ reserves the right to contest any improper payment disputes.ContactFor refund inquiries, contact:[email protected]VerdictIQ
